It's easy

1. Select the rental period
The rental period begins on the shipping date you select and ends on the specified return date. When selecting the rental period, please take into account the entire period up to the return date, not just the days on which you will use the equipment.

2. Select your preferred shipping date (DD.MM.YYYY)
Select the date on which you would like us to ship your order. Please choose the shipping date so that a delivery time of up to 4 business days is taken into account. Weekends and public holidays in Baden-Württemberg are not considered business days.

3. Return no later than (DD.MM.YYYY)
Enter the latest date on which you will hand over the equipment to the shipping service provider.

Extras (optional)
You are welcome to let us know about any additional requests or information in the comments field at the end of the checkout process, such as your preferred helmet color or any other requests.

⚠️ Example:

You are planning a 4-day via ferrata tour from 04.07. to 07.07. To ensure that the equipment arrives in time, you select 01.07. as the shipping date and 08.07. as the return date. Although you only use the equipment for 4 days, the rental period is 8 days, as it is calculated from the shipping date to the return date.

Alternatively, you can collect your equipment from our store in Neckarsulm. This eliminates shipping times.
