If something doesn’t fit or you have a reason for a claim, you can return the items to us within 14 days of delivery.
1. Returns from Germany
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer.
Our Return Label: You can easily request a DHL return label through us. For this service, we charge a flat rate of €7.00 (up to max. 32 kg), which will be deducted directly from your refund.
Unfree/C.O.D. Shipments: Please do not send items back "unfree" (postage due) or via Cash on Delivery. The resulting high penalty fees charged by the postal service (approx. €15.00) will otherwise have to be billed to you.
Sizing Tip: To help you find the right size straight away and avoid returns, we are happy to advise you beforehand. If a pair of pants or a shoe doesn't fit perfectly, we will gladly send you an alternative size upon request. 2. Returns from European Countries (Outside Germany)
Please return the items to us as a fully prepaid parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for international shipments.
Incorrect/Defective Deliveries Exception: If we made a mistake (incorrect delivery or defective item), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
The same rule applies here: Unfree shipments cause high additional costs, which we will have to bill to you.
Important for Fast Processing
A quick and correct processing of your return is only possible if an appropriate accompanying document (delivery note or completed return form) is included with the package. Once the items have been inspected, the credit will be refunded to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or bank account).
