1. Customers from Germany
Example 1 (return postage paid): You order 2 trousers for € 75 each and send the non-matching size back, then we take over the return postage. You can request a return label by email or we will replace the postage with you later with the repayment.
Example 2 (return postage paid by the customer): You order a climbing shoe for 100 € and a chalkball for 2.50 €. The climbing shoe goes back and the chalkball is kept. You pay the return postage. When using our return labels we charge a flat rate of 5 € (up to 32 kg) per parcel. This will be charged on your refund.
Example 3 (return postage paid by the customer): Generally with complete returns.Please contact us if a size does not fit (for example, clothing or shoes). We are happy to send you more sizes.
A speedy and correct processing of the return can only be done if appropriate accompanying goods are attached (delivery note / return note). For unfree declared returns we charge increased costs (about 15 EUR). We reserve the right to charge you for these additional costs in case of non-free return.
2. Customers from other countriesIn this case, there are no returns stickers. Please send the article back to us free of charge in package form. In case of faulty consignment (wrong delivery, defective goods) these costs will be borne by us. For unfree declared returns we charge increased costs. We reserve the right to charge you for these additional costs in case of non-free return.
The merchandise value of the returned items will be credited to your PayPal, credit card or bank account.
