Hard, Harder, Rollyballs

I've got the Rolly ball for home next to the land force at the Rock Rings by Metolius yet what to do for the gun force. It's incredible how much effort (access from below) is to keep the ball Rolly! Then chin and forearms say Ciao. Incredibly good training, could have been more gentle than a regular campus board, because the balls are supported by the suspension and the natural movement of the elbow, etc.. Highly recommended!
