Description

The Petzl Rig backup device is without a doubt the best descenders in the world. The ergonomic and well thought out to the smallest detail not only inspire workers at height, but also the variety of geocachers. Excellent quality that works in the most adverse conditions and inspires confidence. The big handle enables controlled abseiling, in which the speed is further controlled by the brake cable. The rig has an automatic reset function of the multifunction handle, dadruch the risk of uncontrolled operation is minimized. Due to the existing stop or park position of the handle of the rig also accidental snagging or loosening is reliably prevented. The Petzl Rig need not be solved for insertion of the rope from the harness, this feature prevents a lose the rig, and provides a distinct safety advantage dar. Heavy loads (up to 200kg) can be lifted by means of block and tackle with the rig, however, require an experienced and trained users and should be lowered only with additional training.
